When will I receive my order?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Are duties and taxes charged on international orders?
Shipments outside of the US may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.
Will I receive shipping updates or a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive an email from our fulfillment partner with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can change your shipping address by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and preferred shipping address. We cannot change shipping addresses after an order has been processed and fulfilled.
I think I ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order?
We cannot make changes to your order once it has been processed and fulfilled.
CANCELATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you cancel your order before your item has been processed and fulfilled. Emai your order number and a request for cancellation to email@example.com. We cannot cancel your order if your request is after your item has been processed and fulfilled.
Can I make a change to my order, like update my shipping or email address?
Yes, email firstname.lastname@example.org with changes you would like made and your order number. We cannot make changes after your item has been processed and fulfilled.
Can I change my billing address?
We cannot change anything related to your billing information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange my item?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
If your product arrives and is broken and damaged, please email email@example.com. Our store manager will issue a replacement product for you!
If your shipment is lost in transit or does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be able to hunt down your shipment or issue a replacement.
